Why did you choose the College of Charleston?

I used to vacation with my family to Charleston several times a year, and I fell in love with the town.

 

Are you involved in any organizations on campus?

I’m a tutor at the Center for Student Learning.

 

What is the most memorable experience you’ve had at the College of Charleston?

St. Patrick’s Day 2013. Me and 5 of my best friends took a road trip to Savannah, GA for the celebration festivities. After several concerts, food stands, and lost phones, it will always be the most memorable experience I’ve had in college. 

 

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

As an Actuary, in either Greenville or Charleston SC, after having traveled to Europe.

 

Describe your perfect girl in 3 words:

Thoughtful, Caring, and Cute.

 

What do you look for in a relationship?

Companionship. It’s nice having someone to share what you are thinking with on a regular basis.

Emma Watson

Name something that people may not know about you:

I have a very good memory. I remember even the little things that people tell me, like their birthdays or what they did on a given day, or random stories that we have conversations about. I am a very observant person, and I absorb a lot of random information about people/things, especially when numbers are involved. 

Originally from West Virginia, Tori Williams is a senior at the College of Charleston in South Carolina majoring in Communication, and minoring in International Studies and Dance. Tori is currently the editor-in-chief and a featured writer for the Her Campus CofC chapter, as well as an editorial intern with Charleston Magazine. She also dances with Dance FX Charleston's performance company and through the College of Charleston. When she's not busy, Tori loves to read, run, and do hot yoga. She hopes to someday be an editor and writer for a big time magazine.
Camilla States is a member of the class of 2015 at The College of Charleston.  She hails from the seaside town of Gloucester, Massachusetts, where she enjoys spending her summers on both land and sea.  A Communications major also pursuing a minor in Political Science, Camilla aspires for a future career in broadcast or print journalism. She is also studying Modern Standard Arabic, with hopes of one day becoming proficient in the language. From a young age, Camilla has held a fascination for world geography and foreign cultures.  She hopes to someday traverse the world, from New England to New Zealand and everywhere in between.
