Its that time of year again. Cities like New York, Paris, and even Charleston are having their annual Spring Fashion Week. Through all the fabulous couture and crazy designs, there are ways for the everyday college girl to wear the trends for this season. Here are seven trends that are easy to integrate into anyone’s style:

1.     Light Blue

Various shades of this color have been popping up in several designers’ lines and are some of the hottest colors of spring. This color can be easily incorporated into a look with a bag, earrings, or sunglasses. There are also cute dresses in these shades, like this dress from Francesca’s!

2.     Fringe

Fringe has been making a comeback for the last few years and has been seen on runways from New York to Milan. Bold choices like fringe skirts and jackets aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but just a little can go a long way. This Free People clutch has the perfect amount of fringe for a more subtle look!

3.     Interesting Neck Lines

One shoulder, halter, and off the shoulder necklines are just a few of the different necklines that celebrities and models alike have been wearing. Try out different cuts to find the one that looks the best! This woven halter top is perfect for a girls night out!

4.     Stripes

Stripes have a reputation for not being the most flattering print, but small stripes here and there can work for girls of and any body type. Striped shoes, bags, and jackets are just a few examples of how stripes can be worn. Try this H&M shirt with jeans and cute sandals for an effortless spring look!

5.     Kimonos

Kimonos have huge this past fall and are continuing their momentum into spring. When the weather starts to warm up, a kimono with a cute shirt and a pair of shorts is the perfect combo. There are long, short, patterned, and one-colored kimonos that can work for any style. This Forever21 kimono can complete many spring outfits!

6.     Statement Jewelry

While this is already a trend for many girls in the south, some shy away from large statement pieces. It’s just as simple as finding the right colors and right outfit for any girl to mast this trend. These earrings from Francesca’s can complete any look!

7.     Chunky Heels

Heels can be a challenge for someone who isn’t used to wearing them regularly, but a chunky heel can work for experts and those not as comfortable with heels. A wedge or shoes like these are some of the best options!
