The hot, gooey cheese insides softly stringing apart, allowing you to dramatically reenact every grilled cheese commercial ever created. It’s easy to say that everyone likes a classic grilled cheese; however, these restaurants are taking the typical American cheese, white bread (or maybe not) sandwich to a whole new level and will make you smile every time …

Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Boston Massachusetts

In honor of Boston’s monumental “Green Monster” outfield at Fenway Park, Roxy’s Grilled Cheese offers the “Green Muenster”, loaded with guacamole and bacon. Roxy’s spilled their secret on how they construct the perfect “grilled cheese” – with the use of mayonnaise in replace of butter on their bread before it’s grilled. (1)
