First off, let me clarify that all bodies are beautiful and this is a guide for ALL shapes and sizes. The goal of these tips is to have a smoother, tighter booty. There is no secret to getting a big round Kardashian butt, that takes genetics and money. And those Instagram fitness influencers make it seem like everyone has 3 hours a day to go to the gym. In reality, people are busy with school and work, but with spring coming around you may be thinking of easy ways to make sure your booty is really poppin’ this season.

1. Rump

I swear this Lush product does NOT get enough credit. Not only has Rump made my butt so incredibly smooth, but it has also made my skin look tighter and my butt more lifted. Rump is moisturizing and has caffeine-rich guarana to lift and smoothen. I apply it liberally once a day after I shower.

2. DIY Coffee Scrub

I have been using this scrub for a few years and the difference is quite noticeable when I stop using it. This scrub limits the appearance of my cellulite and makes my skin feel incredibly smooth. It’s a little messy in the shower but it is totally safe to go down the drain. And as a bonus, this scrub can be used all over your body! I like to use it on my legs too.

Here’s the recipe:

½ cup coffee grounds

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp cinnamon

3. Bike everywhere

Biking is a great way to work out your butt without thinking about it. Biking isolates the butt muscles more than walking or running, and it definitely gets you places faster. If you don’t own a bike you can always rent one from the office of sustainability bike share or if you have time to work out then you can hop on a bike at the campus gym.
