You
This show is certainly creepy, but not really scary. Surprisingly, this show was super good for being a Netflix original, they have really been stepping up their game. Basically this series is about a stalker who has found his next victim to obsess over. There’s so many plot twists that you seriously can’t stop watching once you start. I CANNOT wait for season two.
Glee
This has to be one of my all time favorite shows. It’s pretty much high school musical, but for six seasons straight. It honestly does sound pretty lame and I know this show gets so much crap, but the story line is actually pretty interesting (and dramatic lol). Also the music they sing is usually pretty popular songs, and sometimes their covers are better than the originals!
Black Mirror
This show is super super strange, but in a good way. I couldn’t even begin to explain what this show is about, you just have to watch it to find out. A cool thing about this show is that each episode is a different story, so the episodes aren’t connected at all and there are different characters every time. So, technically you don’t even have to watch them in order. However, I still highly recommend watching all of them, they’re interesting, to say the least.
13 Reasons Why
I have watched this show over and over and it never gets old. This show is about a girl who commits suicide and leaves behind tapes giving “13 Reasons” why she did it. The message this show sends is beyond powerful and really makes you stop and think. Warning, it is definitely a tear jerker, and the fact that these sorts of situations are more common than we think really opens up your eyes to the reality of this show. Certainly a must watch.
Riverdale
This show is basically the soap opera of our generation. It is beyond dramatic and probably not very realistic for “average high school students” but somehow still super addicting and entertaining. I mean with names like “jug head” and “sweet pea” you have to expect this show to be a little cringy. I’m making it sound so bad, but honestly just watch it and you won’t be disappointed that’s all I can say!
Stranger Things
Okay so I am yet to watch season two of this show, but season one was enough to make me addicted. I’m pretty sure I watched all of season one in like two nights. This show is another one of those creepy but not scary shows. If you aren’t a fan of scary movies, you’d still be fine to watch this. It’s basically about this alien girl named “eleven” but not alien like you’d think. She just has weird super powers. There’s alot going on in this show so you have to watch it to understand.
Criminal Minds
This is another one of those shows that sort of has a different story for each episode. I say sort of just because every once in a while there will be two episodes on one certain case or a small story line between the characters, but thats pretty rare. This show is perfect for those people who love crime related, serial killer type shows. While the stories aren’t true they are still super interesting to watch!
Grey’s Anatomy
Okay so even if you’ve never seen Grey’s you probably still know what its about. Just incase you don’t, it’s basically about a bunch of surgeons and interns hooking up and all the drama that comes along with it. However, this show will still make you pretty emotional, as to be expected, because there are a lot of sad things that go on in a hospital, especially the ER. If you haven’t watched this yet YOU HAVE TO.
The Haunting of Hill House
I was a bit skeptical of this show at first, but it is actually pretty scary. If you aren’t a fan of scary movies then I would advise to stay away from this show, because it is full of jump scares. It’s basically about a family who moves into this house which is extremely haunted. Very creepy, but definitely worth the watch.
