K drama stands for Korean drama, they are usually based in Korea and acted out in the Korean language. If you are trying to broaden your viewing horizons then this article is for you. Here is a list of the best K dramas I have seen so far. These are all available on Netflix but there is a site called VIKI that you can find many more K dramas.

A woman born with superhuman strength is hired by the CEO of a gaming company, to be his bodyguard. For the CEO it was love at first sight but Bong-Soon has her eyes set on Guk-Doo, who is a straight pathed cop that just wants to protect her. This is the funniest K drama I have ever seen.

2. Oh My Ghost

Timid Na Bong Sun gets possessed by the ghost of a confident young woman who seeks to solve her unfinished business by hooking up with Bong Sun’s boss, famous chef Kang Sun Woo. 

3. Romance is a Bonus Book

A gifted writer who’s the youngest editor-in-chief ever at his publishing company becomes enmeshed in the life of a former copywriter desperate for a job. Dan-i did not even want to marry her now ex-husband so she left him at the alter but she comes back to marry him thanks to Eun-ho. But years later Her husband cheats on her and leaves her penniless and houseless with their daughter. 

4. Because This Is My First Life

To save money, two housemates get married but soon face unexpected complications, such as demanding in-laws and having to face their own growing bond.

5. When the Camellia Blooms

Dongbaek, an orphan who grew up to become a single mom, meets and falls in love with Yongsik, a do-gooder police officer in their small town. Yongsik vows to protect her from the serial killer named “Joker”, who comes back six years later to finish what he started.
