  1. Make your bed every morning.

This sets the tone for your day, and gets your brain going.

     2. Use a planner.

Laying out a visual of all things due for school really make it so much easier to not miss an assignment, and shows you how much needs to get done each day.

     3. Workout.

Even if it is only for 30 minutes a day, working out is a nice way to get your body moving and feeling good. Even just going out for a walk will do.

     4. Make lists.

This is another way to have a productive day, making a list gives you the motivation to accomplish everything on it because of the personal satisfaction you get from being able to check it off at the end of the day. And also ensures that you’re staying on track with everything.

     5. Drink lots of water!!!

Just drinking water will have you feeling good and filled with energy to be able to accomplish stuff instead of just laying in bed. Perks: also clears up skin and has skin feeling super hydrated.
