I do not know if I am the only one that gets so stressed out the second Oct. 1 hits. Every year I find myself spiraling trying to figure out an outfit, making sure that I fit the standard of how a girl should look on Halloween. Well, I am here today to give you five very easy, but a little less basic outfits for this Halloween!

  1. Rockstar/Popstar

This is the one for the Hannah Montana wannabes or the Blink 182 fangirls. If you have leather pants, a jacket, or something fun and shiny, this easy costume can be curated right from your closet!

2. Arthur from Arthur!

All you need for that little guy is a yellow sweater, jeans, and some soda bottle glasses! He’s cute, fun, and will be a nostalgic piece at your next Halloween party.

3. Spongebob

Such a classic and in my opinion, you cannot go wrong. You could approach this costume in so many ways, whether you decide to buy a cheap yellow t-shirt and draw some circles or go all out and make a cardboard box version. Either way, Spongebob will always be a hit!

4. Scarecrow

For a scarecrow, all you need is some black eye pencil eyeliner, and a flannel. Draw two lines coming from each side of your mouth and draw dashes down the line. Throw on that flannel with some jeans or leggings and you’ll be the cutest and scariest scarecrow of the night.

5. Pong table

All you need for this one is an oversized white tee and mini disposable shot glasses. Hot glue those shot glasses onto the shirt to replicate the table and there you go! Throw in red lipstick and red sneakers if you have it and you’re all set.

6. Devil/Angel, Mouse, Witch, Bunny

The be all end all. If none of these costumes work out or you’re just not feeling it, go back to the basics! A classic is a classic for a reason and at the end of the day, you should wear whatever you feel comfortable in! You will look amazing either way!
