One of my favorite ways to help relieve stress is by using essential oils! Using relaxing scents is a great way to help keep you calm, while also freshening up your dorm or apartment! My favorite way to use essential oils is with a diffuser, but you could also get roll-on oils to put on your wrists, or you could take a bath and put some essential oils in the water!
