Your List of Ideas for Christmas Gifts

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BU chapter.

Now that it’s December and Thanksgiving is over, there’s no arguing about how soon Christmas is coming up. With less than 20 days until Christmas Eve, here’s a list of affordable gifts for (almost) everyone in your life.

For the Skincare Addict

As winter fully settles in, it’s easy to neglect your skincare routine and forget to hydrate. Both Glossier’s Skincare Set and Origins’ On The Go Mask Set are easy ways to get back in the swing of a good skincare routine!

For the Lazy-Morning Lover

Make sleeping in even better with a luxurious, but easy to copy routine. Satin doesn’t absorb moisture, unlike cotton, so Kitsch’s Satin Sleep Set is perfect for staying hydrated in the winter, and Amir’s Wake-Up Light will simulate the sunrise 30 mins before an alarm, making it easier to wake up on the right side of the bed.

For the Homebody

Winter, especially in Boston, means everyone stays indoors a little more. Avoid cabin fever by making the room as cozy as possible, with the help of Target’s Oil Diffuser, and DavidsTEA’s 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar.

For the One On-The-Go

Traveling over winter break? Long train or airplane rides can get boring, especially with no cell service, but Audible’s 1-month subscription is the perfect way to pass the time and not get headaches or feel carsick while reading. Keep traveling as stress-free as possible with Tile’s Mate, a tracker that helps keep tags on all belongings – even pets!

For the Creative One

Extra downtime after finals, or avoiding too much family time? InkBox’s Freehand Tattoo Ink is the perfect way to test out new tattoos, become a living canvas, or scare friends and family a little! After a little time apart, get back in touch with Dear Data’s postcard set, a kit that provides prompts to visually share mundane data in an aesthetically pleasing way.

With most gifts out of the way or at least some ideas in mind, hopefully the holidays are as peaceful and festive as possible.
