As I sit here having my third cup of coffee today, I wonder if I could be any unhealthier. Between the calories and sugar, by the time round three comes around I can’t help but feel bad for my body. Enter Truvia®. I have always been hesitant to try sugar substitues; however, this one is healthy, affordable, and lets me have three cups a coffee a day without having to count calories.

Top 5 Reasons You Should Try Truvia®

1. It’s all-natural, made with rebiana: this is a natural sugar from the sweetest part of the leaf.

2. It is zero calories so basically it’s like going to the gym: zero calories means zero caloires, I’ll take that.

3. You can cook fabulous tasty treats with it: now that I have an apartment-I try not to burn it down, but this means my cooking can be healtheir too!

4. You can find it on BU’s campus: next time you’re at the Starbucks Cafe in Barnes and Nobles, try it out-and don’t lie that’s probaly in the next hour or so.

5. 1 packet of Truvia =2 teaspoons of regular sugar: this means less necessary for you, which makes it even healthier, if you thought that was even possible.

The most important part for me though is that it is FDA approved. The FDA, the World Health Organization, and many other government agencies have recognized its safety. Phew. So, next time you are in line at Starbucks ordering your iced-skinny-carmal-one shot espresso-latte, add one more thing to the list: Truvia®
