Disney+ is exactly what all of us Disney fans have been waiting for: a streaming service that allows us to relive our childhoods. There are so many options it’s so hard to choose what to watch first! I’ve created a list of what I’m currently watching to give you inspiration!

Wizards of Waverly Place

This was, and is, probably my favorite Disney Channel show. While that partly had to do with me really wanting to be Selena Gomez, it’s also just so entertaining. I love the family dynamic and how this show is so unique from other Disney Channel shows. I might also be a little biased since I’m from New York too, but whatever.

Princess Protection Program

Yes, more Selena Gomez. But also, Demi Lovato! This movie really brought me back to the times where my best friend and I would pretend to be “Rosie” and “Carter” every single day after school. A part of me still wants to be a princess.

Let It Shine

This is definitely an underrated movie in my eyes. It’s about a talented teenage rapper, “Truth” who hides his identity behind his more charming friend, who pretends to be Truth, and lip-syncs all his music. The best part of this movie though? THE SOUNDTRACK. Every song is a bop. Every single one.

 Good Luck Charlie

In my opinion, this was the last good Disney Channel show. Amy is my favorite character for sure, her hilarious character alone should be enough reason for you to give this another watch.

Read It and Weep

This is definitely one of my favorite Disney Channel original movies. If you’ve never seen it, it’s about how a girl’s private journal becomes a best selling novel when she accidentally hands it in as her homework. I wished high school was as dramatic as this is.

So, that’s what I’m currently watching on Disney+! It’s definitely worth the hype, and you should definitely give some of these a watch!
