With a tight college budget, it is hard to know what is worth the splurge when shopping. However, with wanting to look cute for class and for going out, there are certain pieces that are a necessity for your wardrobe. The token pieces of clothing are the ones that are versatile and will be chic in any season! After going through my closet, these are my token pieces of clothing.
1. White Converse
White converse are an essential pair of shoes for every collegiate. Whether you wear them with leggings and a big sweatshirt or a sun dress, white converse will never go out of style.
2. Free People Lace Bra
After buying one of these, I became addicted. These bras are super comfortable and look great under anything! They come in a variety of colors and I wear one almost every day!
3. American Apparel Disco Pants
These pants were easily the best present I’ve ever received. They are ridiculously flattering with the high-waist cut and wearing them feels like you’re wearing leggings. These pants are my go-to going out pants!
4. High Neck Black Tank
I love my high neck black tank top because I can wear it going out or staying in! The high neck look is very in fashion right now, and the flattering cut looks amazing on! This tank is essential and can easy be dressed up with a chunky necklace or dressed down with a baggy cardigan.
