HCBU: What do you think of life at BU so far?
SP: I love it here! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. However, I miss my dog Essien and the spicy flavors of India.
HCBU: After a BU hockey victory, where do you like to eat?
I really like to go to the Thai place Brown Sugar down by West Campus… But on any given day I love to go to Noodle Street. Mmmm!
HCBU: What’s your favorite hobby?
Well, I love to go to the hockey games here, but for myself I love soccer. Soccer is much more popular in India than it is here. I play futsol a few times a week at fitrec with my good friend Andrew Bernier.
HCBU: What team do you support?
Chelsea!! Go Chelsea! I support Chelsea wholeheartedly. I wake up at six to watch themplay sometimes.
HCBU: What’s your relationship status?
I am single, officially, but I am meeting a cutie in London over winter break. I can’t wait to see her!
HCBU: So it’s your secret girlfriend?
We’ll see what happens…
HCBU: I take it you haven’t met any girls here at BU?
Oh! The girls here are super cute… Especially the ones on my floor, but I have my heart set on this one in particular.
HCBU: So finally, is there anything else special about yourself you’d like to tell us?
I love giving people nicknames! I’ve nicknamed most people on our floor, and they always stick! For example, I call my friend Heather “Feather,” and my friend Petra “Pete.” Now everyone calls them those names.
