She’s our campus celeb because she’s just plain awesome— it’s simple as that!
This bubbly College of Communication junior is all about the creative flare of life. As an advertising major who enjoys graphic design, Morgan hopes to one day be on a creative team for an advertising agency close to home in Boston. Growing up in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Morgan considers herself a New England girl at heart and has always had a close relationship with her family and hometown. She spent her summer coaching a sub varsity level volleyball team and several high school clinics close to home while also working for her parents’ garden center. Talk about giving back to your community!
Aside from being a lover of ice cream and family, this creative celeb also has a passion for travel. Locally, Morgan visited New York City twice this summer as well as ventured up to Vermont, in between spending a lot of time beaching in Rhode Island. Beyond the east coast Morgan hopes to travel through Europe and South America after graduation, gaining some cultural design ideas and trying every flavor of European gelato (I hope).
If she wasn’t already too adorable, Ki, as her friends call her, also spends her free time taking care of her body and her mind. She empowers herself to exercise everyday, finding new, fun ways to do so. Her most recent source of inspiration, the Instagram account @sugarysixpack posts inventive workouts to keep things interesting while working to get users just what the name says. Morgan centers her fitness on positive motivation and self-empowerment. She recently introduced her roommates to the idea and quickly became their new in-house personal trainer (*cough, me included, she rocks).
Perhaps the most important quality of this week’s campus celeb is her sense of humor. Not only does Morgan love to watch funny movies and stand up comedy but she also loves to make people laugh. Her talent for impersonating her close friends and explaining their funny stories, always keeps them smiling. Morgan’s love of laughter perfectly explains why her ideal guy is someone that can keep her doing just that. “I just want to have fun and joke around. After that I want someone that is loyal, caring, and a really good friend” Morgan explains. Don’t we all Ki, don’t we all!
