The holiday season is finally here. How can we tell? Aside from the insta-worthy leaf colors outside, the blanket-scarf inducing weather, and the return of the Starbucks holiday drinks, all of our favorite shops are bringing their A-game for all of your holiday-outfit needs.

The first big holiday kickoff is, of course, Thanksgiving. Whether you celebrate with sports, stuffing or shopping (no shame, Black Friday lovers) there’s an outfit out there perfect for you.

Here are just a few ideas to get you in the mood!

1. For the Casual Fam Dinner:

There’s no better classic holiday pairing than the old sweater and jeans. This year, take it up a notch with this chunky tan sweater (complete with a v-neck for some added style) and high-rise girlfriend jeans. Let’s be real, no one wants to be constrained by denim while they’re trying to enjoy their third slice of pie. These babies are loose enough to let you breathe while still being cute enough to have you looking sharp in the inevitable family group photos.

2. For the Football Family:

Maybe, you’re more into playing football outside with your cousins and watching the game over dinner. Don’t fear, there are still plenty of cute winter goodies out there that’ll hold up to tackling and Insta posts. A cute quilted pullover pairs great with some classic black leggings. Plus, how adorable is the hat? Warmth plus a pom-pom is always a win. Always.

3. For the ‘Friendsgiving’:

For a ‘friendsgiving,’ feel free to have a little more fun with your outfit. This suede skirt and fuzzy sweater are the perfect sweet-and-flirty combo. The boots add an interesting flare, and the chunky heel and slight platform will ensure your feet aren’t aching all day while your standing around the kitchen snacking.

4. For the Warmer Fall Festivities:

Okay, so not all of us can enjoy Thanksgiving wrapped in sweaters and blankets (unless we want to die of heat stroke, that is). Fortunately, there are still some fun festive picks that deliver on holiday staples like corduroy and boots, without the added heat suffocation. This dress is the perfect fall staple with a classy button detail and a flattering shape, and paired with some kick-ass black boots, makes an outfit that will convince anyone you’re about to go sit by the fire. (When really you’ll be sitting by the beach.)

5. For the Classy Dinner:

For those of you who may need to bring a little more to the table in terms of holiday style, this ruffled mini-dress is for you. The festive red mixed with the playful polka-dots are a perfect compliment to the ruffled bib. A taped waist and flared skirt make the dress all the more flattering. Pair with kitten heels and a braided updo and you’re good to go.

6. For the Post-Dinner Feels:

So, if you’re anything like me, after the bread and the stuffing and ALL THE PIE, you’re immediately ready to take off whatever you were wearing for nice family pics and slap on some sweatpants and the comfiest sweatshirt you own. Luckily, Arie has us covered. These sweatpants are so light and soft, and the sweatshirt is a perfect fall mauve. Good luck staying awake long enough to watch the kick off of ABC’s Christmas movie countdown with these things on.

No matter how you plan to spend your November 22, we wish you the best and hope to see you looking fabulous all the way into Black Friday.
