   Here at Bryant, there is a lot of slang for common things around campus. In case you’re a freshman, or new to campus, Her Campus Bryant has got you covered! Here is the ultimate list of Bryant lingo.
  • Salmo = Salmonson Dining Hall
  • Gulski = Teacher Cafe
  • Uni = Unistructure
  • Roto = Rotunda
  • NARP = Non Athletic Regular People
  • NARP Gym = Gym that non-athletes use
  • MAC = Main Gym
  • Dog Pound = Student section at games
  • Rentes = The bar right next to school, actually named Parentes
  • Bulldogs = Students at Bryant a.k.a Dawgs
  • “The Campus Living Room” is actually just called Fisher
  • Tupper = The mascot (got his name from the man who created Tupperware and donated all the land Bryant is on)
  • The RIPTA = Free transportation in Rhode Island
  • DPS = Campus Police (Department of Public Safety)
