  1. Monogrammed gift tag Wrap a gift in your favorite wrapping paper and add some ribbon. Next, create the recipient’s monogram online and create a gift tag. This is great for your monogram obsessed friends!
  2. Brown Paper Package Instead of using wrapping paper, use brown paper from grocery bags or even a bag from Dunkin (just make sure it is clean). Decorate the brown paper with markers, stickers, or however you like!
  3. Personalized gift bag Instead of buying Christmas gift bags that can become costly, get plain colored bags (we suggest 2-packs from Dollar Tree). Next you can write the recipient’s name, draw a picture, or even add a printed picture of you both! Add some printed tissue paper and ribbon or twine.
  4. Gift card box Giving a gift card? Instead of putting it in little gift bag, put it in a decorative tin! Add some candy and your favorite lip balm or a nail polish. No wrapping or tissue paper needed!
  5. Stocking present Ditch gift bags, wrap up your little gifts and put them in a stocking! This is a cute idea for roommates to have their own “Christmas Morning” together.

Happy wrapping and happy holidays, collegiettes!
