If you’re a fitness junkie or an athleisure lover, you have definitely heard of Fabletics before – but if you’re unfamiliar or have been living under a rock… Fabletics is a premium athletic-wear brand created by Kate Hudson that filled the gap in the active wear marketplace for high quality pieces, for all sizes, at affordable prices – so everyone can feel confident and stylish in their workout wear. I’m always on the hunt for the best athletic clothes that I can wear to the gym, to class, and just to lounge around in my room. When I stumbled upon Fabletics’ infamous 2 pairs of leggings for $24 deal – which was too good to pass up – I decided to look into a membership, because why not?
Signing up for memberships or subscription services can be daunting – you don’t want to waste your money, forget to cancel, or get looped into something you didn’t originally sign up for. But Fabletics’ membership program was not confusing or scary at all.
Here’s how it works:
You choose to shop or skip each month – if you choose to shop, you just have to buy something between the 1st and 5th of each month. If you choose to skip, you just have to click a button in one (of the many) reminder emails at the beginning of the month saying you want to “skip” and you won’t be charged any fees. Yes, it’s just that simple! If you forget to shop or skip at the beginning of the month, your account will be charged $40, but that is counted as store credit, for you, to use at any time. So don’t worry, it still is your money to spend- Fabletics never charges you any extra fees!
Let’s talk about what you’re all really here to read about though: the clothes. I’ll start off by saying the quality is exceptional. I really have nothing bad to say about any of the pieces I’ve received because they are honestly too good for the price. I’m a huge fan of everything I’ve purchased, and I think all of the pieces still look brand new even after months of wear and tons of washes. I’ve gotten all kinds of different styles of leggings, tops, sports bras, etc. and they all have fit true to size. A++ across the board!
Fabletics offers tons of different styles, colors, and patterns for all their pieces. No matter what your personal style, workout needs, or body type is, they have pieces for you. When you sign up for a membership, you actually take a style quiz so each month Fabletics can showcase new, personalized, curated outfits to choose from. It’s like having a personal shopper pick out pieces just for you, every single time you shop – it’s great.
So, after a year of being a Fabletics VIP member, do I think it’s worth it to get a membership?
Absolutely. The clothes alone are so worth the money, but as a member you rack up points every time you shop so you continue to get better deals, discounts, and rewards. The clothes are already fairly affordable (think about $30 to $60 on average for most pieces), but who doesn’t love to save even more! Plus, the membership is really no strings attached – you can skip as many months as you want at no cost, and cancel anytime. The combination of the quality, price, and rewards makes this decision a no brainer – a Fabletics membership is more than worth it! If you’re interested in high quality, trendy athletic clothes like LuluLemon, Athleta, and Alo, but don’t like the price attached to them, I would highly recommend checking out Fabletics – you will not be disappointed!
