It all started when we were newborns, our mothers would put us in our cutest little outfits and bring us to their ‘mothers groups’ to show us off to the other new mothers, and pretend we made friends with the other babies who were rolled up like Chipotle burritos in their blankets.

A few years later, we are now able to walk and play; our parents love setting up playdates for us with just about anyone’s kid, as long as they get to sit and gossip with the other parents the whole time, even if we don’t really like the kids they are making us play with.

Eventually, we have had it with playing with kids we really don’t like, now we have come to the point we call our friends house phones, asking if they want to come over on Friday. Having this freedom makes our preteen selves feel like the coolest kids ever.

Hanging out at our own houses start to get old, and we want to go out exploring, so we take on the mall or our local pizza place, and feel on top of the world that we have no adult supervision, just us and our friends.

And finally the moment you’ve been waiting for your whole life, COLLEGE PARTIES.
