As a girl, the one thing we keep sacred is our hair and the way we style it. Every girl has that one hairdresser she stays loyal, to no matter where she goes. No matter who it is, we all have these same thoughts through the grueling process of getting a haircut.
1. “Can she be trusted?”
This is my hair and if it comes out badly I could potentially lose all that I have worked for (perfect Selena Gomez locks).
2. “What did I just agree to?”
I forgot my pictures and had to describe the look I want and God only knows if she understands my gibberish.
3. “Can we stop this awkward conversation and just do my damn hair”
I would rather sit in silence than have this forced, awkward talk.
4. “You don’t even care what my major is or where I go to school”
Let’s be real and refer to number three, please.
5. “Would it be weird if I fell asleep?”
The warm water on my head just makes me want to take a quick nap.
6. “I asked for a trim but there is WAY too much hair on the floor for that”
Why does it look like there is enough hair on the floor to make a small dog??
7. “Where’s my phone?”
This silence can be cured with some Twitter scrolling.
8. “I need to go to the bathroom”
Ugh, this is the real struggle.
