1. Failing an exam when you passed- Yes I studied all night, but what you don’t know is that I barely got any sleep because I was so nervous about passing.

2. Wearing Sweat pants to class- I’m on a college budget and can barely afford laundry, these sweatpants are the only clean pants in my closet right now.

3.  Joining clubs and getting involved-This was my way of making a lot of friends, don’t hate someone for it.

4.  Partying on a weekday-Yes I care about my school work, I just have nothing due this week. Sorry not sorry.

5.  My Major -Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life. Have fun working, and I’ll have fun living.

6.  My friend choice-Just because you don’t understand our friend group doesn’t mean anything. We have each other’s backs.

7.  My bad decisions- I am aware of my bad decisions, I hate myself enough for them, and I don’t need you to do it too.

8.  My faith-It made not line up with yours, but at the end of the day we all believe what we want to believe.

9.  My no-name brand clothes- I wish I could have every  pair of this season’s Tory Burch shoes, but I can’t. At least I have clothes on my back.

10. The town I’m from-It built me, it created me and it’s my home. It may not be the best or safest place around, but it’s a part of me.

11. My body type- I struggle with body image enough, your two cents doesn’t need to be added either.

12. Crying- Sometimes a good cry is the only thing that is going to get me through the day.

13. My financial stance– Trust me, I wish I didn’t have to work a day in my life. But I do, I work two jobs and pay for most of my stuff on my own.

14. Not wearing makeup to class- Sometimes we wake up, look in the mirror ,and either just don’t care, or we think we look decent when we just wake up.

15. The music I listen to-Music heavily reflects who I am as a person, it’s not all I am, but a lot of me.

16. The mistakes of my friends-I am not my friends, I am me.

17. The car I drive-Trust me, I wish I was you in the G-Wagon, who gets their gas paid for by their parents, but I don’t and my little hand-me-down car works just fine for me.

18. My quirky side –I can be weird, so can everyone else.

19. The food I eat- You say lettuce, I say French fries.

20. Calling my mom- She’s my best friend, and knows me better than anyone I have ever met. I go to school miles away from her, the least she deserves is a phone call a day.

21. Going home every weekend-There is more going on at home than you know. It’s not that I don’t like it at school, it’s just that I have to take care of other stuff too.

22. My social media-Judge my social media to a point. Don’t judge my ability to filter or how many followers I have, 100 likes isn’t all that life has to offer.

23. Late night cravings- I get hungry, a lot, and sometimes a bag of popcorn (or two) is exactly what I need.

24. For napping- Waking up at 8am every day but going to bed every night at 3am is going to eventually catch up to me.

25. For having an opinion-We all have our own perspective on things, we all have our own minds, respect my opinion and I’ll respect yours.

26. My Netflix addictions-Sorry that Meredith Grey’s life is slightly more entertaining than my own.

27. My celebrity obsessions- You’re lying if you say you don’t aspire to be like someone on the red carpet. They live the life we want, and I live through them.

28. Not liking “colt favorites”- I’m not trying to be different or start a new trend, but sorry that Starbucks and Panera doesn’t satisfy me in the way that it does for you.

29. My political views- Republican, Democrat, or independent, don’t judge my freedom of speech.

30. Don’t judge me for being proud of myself- The only person who can be me, is me. Don’t knock me down when I finally have the confidence to build myself up.
