Every spring break Bryant University hosts the Women’s Summit – an inspiring day of speakers, panels, breakout sessions, and networking – all centered around (you guessed it!) women. This year marked the 15th anniversary of this amazing event, which is organized by a committee that is spearheaded by Bryant’s “First Lady” Kati Machtley. The theme was 15 Years of Empowering Women, and I and my co-founder/co-president Hillary Coombs can attest that it was indeed an empowering day. Over 1,000 people were in attendance and the event sold out in less than a week, so you’d better get your tickets early next year!
