Sometimes it is extremely hard to fall asleep like you did when you were a baby. Â Remember when you were able to just pass out anywhere and do it quickly? Â I listed a few different “things” to count while you’re falling asleep to hopefully make you fall asleep a bit faster. Â They’re a bit ridiculous but if they don’t help you to fall asleep, let’s at least hope they make you laugh. Let us know if they worked!
- Count sheep (that’s a classic..duh!)
- Count how many times you procrastinated today
- Count how many toes you have (hey, you never know)
- Count how many times your boyfriend annoyed you
- Count mermaids
- Count how many times you said the work “like” today
- Count backwards from 300,983,302
- Count how many chips you think you ate today and then count how many chips you really ate
- Count pigs
- Count how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie-Pop
