Vodka Watermelon Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Vodka* 

  • Cold watermelon

  • Lime juice

  • Fresh mint

  • Ice

  • Water

  • Blender

 Instructions

  1. Add 8 cups of chilled watermelon, 1 ½ cups water, and ¼ cup lime juice to the blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Add 1 cup of vodka and stir 

  4. Add ice to cups and pour mixture in 

  5. Garnish with fresh mint, limes, and watermelon chunks*

Mint Mojito

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint

  • White rum*

  • Fresh lime juice

  • Honey 

  • Ice

  • Club soda 

Instructions

  1. Add a handful of mint, ¼ cup of rum, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 3 tablespoons of honey to a cocktail shaker

  2. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to crush the mint

  3. Add 1 cup of ice 

  4. Shake cocktail shaker for around 15 seconds

  5. Strain into a large glass with ice

  6. Top with club soda, extra mint, and lime wedges

Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • Vodka*

  • Lime juice

  • Ginger beer

  • Lime wedge*

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass ice

  2. Add 2 ounces of vodka and ½ ounce fresh lime juice (around ½ of a medium lime)

  3. Stir 

  4. Fill the rest of the glass with around 4 ounces of ginger beer 

  5. Gently stir once or twice

  6. Add a lime wedge*

Refreshing Red Sangria

Ingredients

  • Medium apple

  • Medium orange

  • Orange Juice

  • Brandy

  • Bottle of dry red wine

  • Ice 

Instructions

  1. Core and chop ½ of a medium apple into small pieces, add to a large pitcher

  2. Slice ½ of an orange into small pieces, leave the rind on and remove the large seeds if you can. Add to the pitcher

  3. Muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon for around a minute 

  4. Add ¾ cup orange juice and ⅓ cup brandy and muddle again for around 20 seconds

  5. Add a bottle of red wine and stir

  6. Taste/adjust flavors if necessary 

  7. Add ice and stir 

  8. Serve, add some more ice, and garnish with oranges*

Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

Ingredients

  • Prosecco 

  • Limoncello liqueur

  • Frozen raspberries

  • Mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Add 3 cups prosecco and 1 cup limoncello to a large pitcher

  2. Whisk together 

  3. Distribute a cup of frozen raspberries and 6 mint sprigs amongst 6 glasses

  4. Serve prosecco and limoncello into glasses. 

  5. Enjoy!
