Fairygodmothers and Goodies

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Brown chapter.

We all start the year feeling a little lost, regardless of whether we are returning to school or it’s our first time there. We want to be ready for the nights spent at the library, when it seems like the book never ends. We don’t want to have to ask an auditorium full of students to borrow a pen because ours stopped working. The sun that still shines for a while longer might make us lose our way (and sometimes help us find the right direction to walk in). We need to make lists of things to get for our rooms, for our classes, grocery shopping or just bucket lists of things we want to accomplish this year. Regardless of what it is, sometimes it’s hard to navigate through this alone.

Thankfully, our fairy godmothers at HerCampus headquarters sent us over a back to school survival kit. Complete with notebooks and pens courtesy of Poppin. Thankfully, this also opens a whole new world of necessities for the collegiate survival, selling a variety of things for our dorms (http://www.poppin.com/?gclid=COnp_Ya09rkCFUid4AodlX4AoQ&gclsrc=aw.ds).

For the long nights of studying, or hanging out, we received Neuro Sonic, that will help us not only stay focused, but alongside a variety of different flavors and purposes, keep us calm and sleep well (http://drinkneuro.com/?gclid=CNOcpfm09rkCFcOj4AodNFsAOw). But if that wasn’t enough, we also got luna bars (http://www.lunabar.com/), a free meal from chipotle and energy boosters.

We probably have a ton more things we need to get before we actually feel settles in our places and our roles, but at least this will get us started in having a great semester. Check out the websites for more information and to know where you too can get your back to school products!
