Susan G. Komen is a wonderful woman! So she, formerly known as Susan G. Komen for the Cure and originally as The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and often referred to as simply Komen, is the largest and best founded breast cancer organization in the United States of America.
A lot of kudos goes to her and her accomplishments, I respect her to the fullest in so many ways that cannot describe!
There are two events that will be taken place next year and hopefully can go because it will create such an awesome opportunity!
One event being the 4th annual Run For The Pink event taking place on Sunday, February 17, 2019 in Fort Lauderdale. You can start to register today! This event will be of course being sponsored by Susan G. Komen Miami/Fort Lauderdale and as well as the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center: University of Miami Health System!
The other event being the Save the Date: Be More Than Pink Luncheon! Honoring our faces of a warrior 2018 – 2019 mentorship group, all survivors and metastatic thrivers who have so courageously fought breast cancer. So, join them for a Celebration of Life and a Day of Fundraising in support of helping our community win their battle against this disease! This event is taken place on Sunday March 17, 2019 from 11 am to 2 pm at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables of the address 50 Alhambra Plaza, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Tickets are starting at the amount of $80.00.
