Broward College has a multi-layered approach to emergency communications should a storm threaten South Florida. You can keep up-to-date on the College’s status through the Broward College website at www.broward.edu and through specific hotlines:

In addition, the BC Alert System is used to disseminate emergency notifications. BC Alert System includes telephone calls, text messages, social media posts, and emails.
