  • Draw and plan a buffet and dessert tables

1 - 2 Days Before

  • Clean both the inside and outside of the home
  • Wash the serveware
  • Set up the tables and serving areas
  • Set up the party decorations
  • Make sure to prepare the food ahead of time
  • Check the technology that will be used
  • Prep the camera and charge the batteries that will be used
  • Supply the bathrooms with extra toilet paper and hand towels
  • Set uo large extra trashcans and recycle bins

Day of the Party

  • Tidy up the home
  • Buy the ice
  • Pick up the food, cake, and the ballons
  • Prepare the last minute food additions
  • Chill the beverages in coolers
  • Do final decor touches

  • Take lots of pictures
