This week at Her Campus we headed down to Hiatt Baker bar in Stoke Bishop to put on our exciting “First Dates” event. It was a speed dating event where our 20 single Bristol students would rotate dates after every three minutes, culminating in them writing their top 3 dates at the end with the chance to win some prizes for the most compatible couple. The event went really well, the room was filled with lots of laughter and definitely some romance! Our most compatible couple were Emily and Jorge who won the prize of a bottle of champers to share – how romantic. Our second winners were Izzie and Thomas who were presented with a box of delicious chocolates. Our final prize went to George and Claire (our resident baking columnist) who enjoyed some strawberries together. Take a look at some of the pictures of the event..
