Excitement for festival season is really heating up now that this year’s SpringFest performance has been announced! • The denim jacket is universally flattering alternative to a sweater. This is a great layer that works outdoors in either LA or Boston!
  • Combat boots are cute but ideal shoes for being on your feet all day

  • Wearing your swimsuit or a bandeau under a loose shirt allows you to bare all if it gets too hot or if you want to tan
  • A backpack is much easier to carry around than a purse, and multiple closures make losing things and theft a lot more difficult
  • Cropped, stretchy pants are much more comfortable and breathable than jeans and also add a bit of sophistication

  • A maxi skirt is great piece to wear in order to stay a bit warmer. Bring a pair of leggings to put on underneath when the sun goes down
  • If you’re short and can stand to wear heels for a long time, platforms are a great solution to seeing over a bit more of the crowd

  • Shorts are possibly the most liberating options as bottoms since you can move freely without worrying if you’re going to flash everyone
  • Scarves are essential at an outdoor concert since they’re so easy to bring and because weather is always unpredictable

Don’t you already feel intoxicated by the sweet smell of sunscreen and budding flowers? But knowing the line-ups and appropriate clothing to wear are still only just a part of preparing for music festivals, so stay tuned for more as concert season continues to approach!
