To me, seeing a celebrity is not a big deal. I am from Los Angeles, where running into a star is as frequent as getting stuck in traffic on the 405 freeway. Seeing a movie star on campus, however; now that is a big deal. On Sunday October 23rd, Golden Globe Nominated actress Nikki Blonsky will be at Brandeis to do a q&a where she will discuss the many exciting experiences she has had in the movie industry such as working with John Travolta, Zac Effron, and Christopher Walken. Did I mention that there will be a screening of Hairspray beforehand? Clear your calendars now readers because this event you will not want to miss. Get there at 6:45 when the doors open so that way you can get a seat in the Edie and Lew Wasserman Cinematheque on the 2ndfloor of the International Business School. Bring your student id and get ready to have an unforgettable evening.
