This weekend (Saturday September 17th, 2016) Brandeis student events put on their best Fall Concert yet. AlunaGeorge graced the Levin Ballroom stage with an unforgettable performance.
AlunaGeorge is an English electronic music duo from London. Aluna Francis (pictured below) is the songwriter and vocalist, while George Reid provides the instrumentation and production. Their growing reputation did not disappoint. They filled the room with energy and, with the help of Brandeis student events, transported the audience to a concert venue that did not feel like Brandeis.
According to one of the concert coordinators for student events, Robin Donohoe ’19, this concert had the largest audience in Brandeis fall concert history. We can’t wait for more concerts at Brandeis, especially if they’re as amazing as AlunaGeorge.
