Do you often find yourself lacking in dance moves at parties? Looking for an easy way to learn moves that will impress? Come to Dancing with the Brandeis Stars, a night of dancing featuring the Brandeis Ballroom Dance Team!
Much like on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, celebrities and pros will come together to dance their way to win the competition. However, at this event, the celebrities will be none other than Brandeis professors, with Dance Team members serving as pros!
This event will showcase a wide variety of dance styles, but don’t worry if you’ve never danced before—the night will kick off with a lesson for beginning dancers taught by a professional. Throughout the event, there will also be performances from Brandeis dance groups, including Kaos Kids, Brandeis Swingers, Salseros and more.
Dancing with the Brandeis Stars will take place on Nov. 10 from 7 to 10 p.m. in the Shapiro Campus Center Atrium. For more information, check out the Facebook event. Come watch your favorite professors boogie their way to the top!
