We all know that Einstein’s Bagels is THE place on campus to pick up a bagel, fruit salad and coffee to jumpstart your school day. What you may not know is that they offer some pretty unique bagel options (some that are unknown to the student body). For example, did you know that they can actually scoop out your bagel if you’re the type of person who enjoys a bagel which more cream cheese and less fluff? Did you know that they also serve a lox and cream cheese bagel (as in they put actual lox ON your cream cheese) in addition to serving salmon cream cheese? Hummus and PB&J bagels are other toppings that some students add to their bagels. Even though I’m a senior, I have never heard of some of these crazy offerings, although I wish I had sooner. If you want to try something new at Einstein’s, take a bite out of some of these bagels:
