Track and log your period using the health app.

With the recent software update for Apple products, the new updated health app allows users to track their period. There are other apps that do this as well, including flow and eve. Some apps even alow users to track their periods and their sex lives. This can be a simple way to keep things organized and to stay up to date with your health. If you track and log your period, you may be able to predict when it will come next month so you can be mentally prepared.

Stay ahead with Ibuprofen.

For me, when I know that I have symptoms of having really bad cramps, I try to stay ahead on the ibuprofen. Medicine can help calm the tense of the cramps.

Eat healthy foods.

Most people think that you should eat all of your cravings, the chocolate, spicy foods, and all the popcorn. BUT you shouldn’t. Try to eat more healthier foods such as fruit, broccoli, and yogurt. Eating healthier foods can also help balance the flow of the period.

There are many other ways to help balance the flow of your period. But with these three tricks maybe your mentural cycle will be more balanced and even.
