The Paul and Joe Sister x Disney Launch Party was such that a bubble of sweetness amongst the numerous London Fashion Week events. Paul & Joe Sister‘s style signature is a joyful burst of youth and freshness in itself, so Disney could only appear like the perfect collaborator for their SS14 collection.
With the Paul and Joe mainline being based in Paris, this was the first little sister event. ”The launch party was pulled together by a shoe-string” said Carly Allen, PR Manager for the brand. The Minnie Mouse Dj, floating balloons and rainbow gelly shots surely made it go by unnoticed.
For the Designer, Sophie Mechaly, this Disney collaboration is like a childhood dream come true. Golden idea agreed ! She isn’t the only one to have a soft spot for Bambi and its friends, as Paul and Joe Sister are pleased to see how well the public is responding. The clothes are a mix of fun prints, preppy cuts and soft pastels, but next season we will be seeing the brand grow up, with just as much charm and a little more chic.
