Now that Thanksgiving Day has come and gone, it’s right back to the real world, and right back to your healthy habits. The overindulging is done and it’s time to get in a good workout to work off all of the turkey and stuffing you ate. Here’s an efficient 20-minute workout that will help you get back on track in the gym!

Warm Up
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Arm Circles (each arm)
10 Leg Swings (each leg)

Upper Body
12 Dips
12 Wall Push-ups
12 Burpees

Lower Body
12 Lunges (each leg)
12 Squats
20 High Knees

Abs and Core
20 Leg Raises
60-second plank
30 Bicycles

Cool Down/Stretch
10 Leg Swings (each leg)
30-second Hamstring Stretch (each leg)
30-second Chest Stretch (each side)
