The semester is coming down to the wire as tests, and papers are increasing drastically. The good news is this means that summer is approaching fast! In an attempt to get some vitamin D after spending 10 months in grey Binghamton, I will be making plenty of trips to the beach and pool. I know I am not ready to be in a bikini just yet but if I implement these techniques I know I’ll be ready to rock it.

1) Be confident in your body. If you are insecure, it’ll attract negative attention! Just own your body the way it is and your personality will shine through. 2) Exercise, exercise, exercise. And don’t just do cardio, strengthen and work those muscle groups to be defined and strong!

3) Snack on veggies and fruit. Cucumbers and watermelon are so refreshing during this time of the year.

4) Hydrate yourself. Drinking tons of water will give your body a glowing complexion.

5) Cut out fried foods and soda. This is an instant weight loss tip!
