Your Dorm Winter Makeover

After Thanksgiving, December comes around (and so do finals). Making your dorm festive, warm, and cute can bring the vibes up for you and your roommates. Here’s some simple ideas to make your room cozier.

  • Warm lighting (ex: colored lights, fairy lights, holiday string lights, etc.)
  • Blankets and cozy pillows
  • Candles (ex: vanilla bean, fireside, candy cane, gingerbread, pine, winterberry, white birch, scents and more)
  • Holiday mugs
  • Sweet treats (ex: cookies, hot cocoa, peppermint, caramels, etc.)
  • Fuzzy socks

Hi! I'm Kierstin and I am from Long Island, New York. I attend Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts where I am majoring in Finance. Back at home I work in the summer seasonally. As a lifeguard, lifeguard instructor within I teach and certify lifeguards in lifeguard classes, and safety coach where I supervise lifeguards and run trainings. As a lifeguard I worked for a company and also as a sole proprietor. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new places, walking around outside, playing and or watching sports, and self-care.
