It’s that time of year again. Big blankets, warm tea, and pumpkin spice everything. Many on this campus tragically can’t cook their yearly pumpkin pie due to lack of oven. However, I pose a solution. Remember the mug cake trend of 2019? Its time to pumpkin spice it up. All you’ll need is…
· A mug
· 1 egg
· 1 cup of pumpkin puree
· 2 tbsp condensed milk
· 1 tbsp sugar
· 2 tsp pumpkin spice
· ½ tsp salt
Now here’s what you do:
1. Add all of the above ingredients to your mug
2. Mix
3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes
4. Enjoy!
