Another episode of Scandal aired last Thursday, and they still find ways to amuse us.

Here are the highlight moments of “Paris Is Burning”!

Olivia confirms her affair with the President, and he seems to be more than happy about that.

On the other hand, Mellie doesn’t seem to be so thrilled. Always the character to have a perfect one liner, she hits Liv with “Oh look, it’s the girl who can’t shut her legs nor her mouth.”

Mellie needs help with the whole Fitz and Olivia situation, so she calls for back up. Queue Cyrus Bean’s return to the White House ready to destroy Olivia Pope.

As Cyrus and Mellie plan Olivia’s destruction, Cyrus suggests that Mellie should think big and like a champion, and of course, Mellie is on board.

Over at OPA, Huck and Quinn are partners again and finally are on good terms! While they’re trying to find ways to help Olivia out of this situation, Jake storms in and proposes that they stop trying to help Olivia because she made her own choice. Instead of frantically trying to solve problems like usually, Jake resorts to much a more laid back approach…

“Let’s sit back, and have some vodka”

Meanwhile at the White House, Abby begins to rip into Olivia for lying to her about having the affair with President Fitz.

“You didn’t tell me because you thought I wasn’t good enough at my job”

Go Abby, you tell her!

Moving on, an-extra greedy Mellie doesn’t accept what she wanted from the President, and she still wants more. When Olivia tries to talk to Mellie (in her stunning walk in, might we add) a face-to-face moment between the ladies occurs while Mellie searches for her hooch. (Read: Moonshine)

Mellie begins to explain to Olivia not only the purpose of the hooch, but why as a potential First Lady she’ll actually need it.
