In a Pickle: The Bentley Collegiette’s Ultimate Breakfast Stop

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bentley chapter.

Last Sunday, we took a visit to a Bentley collegiette™ favorite: In a Pickle Restaurant. This breakfast hot spot is always busy on weekends, and for good reason. The menu includes everything from Reese’s pancakes to Western Omelets, and the service is quick and friendly. Here are some photos from our trip that we hope will give you a preview of what you can expect at this awesome Sunday morning essential!

Ali hides behind her menu as she decides what to order – so many great options!

The menu features lots of great choices ranging from traditional eggs and toast to M&M pancakes.

Kathryn got the Italian omelet – complete with pesto, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Yum!

Ali got the super-tasty Snickers pancakes.

We both had trouble finishing our plates because of the huge portions. Leftovers anyone?

Ali experiences the beginning effects of a food coma after taking on the Snickers pancakes.

Great food and giving back! In a Pickle supported the Susan G. Komen charity in the fight against breast cancer with their Pink Pickle t-shirts.

The restaurant also painted some of their walls pink to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness and the Susan G. Komen For the Cure charity.

The outside of the restaurant might not look like much, but the food says it all. In a Pickle proudly displays their title of “Best Breaksfast in Waltham” and “Best Brunch in Boston”.
