My dog is hands-down my best friend. But aside from all the wonderful memories I have with my dog, owning my dog has also been incredibly rewarding because of all the lessons I have learned from him (as strange as that sounds). Here are a couple things I have picked up along the way as a dog owner that you might be able to relate to if you have a furry friend of your own.
