Wait, Halloween is at the end of THIS week?!
When you’re overloaded by midterms, papers, and whatever else professors and organizations have assigned for you, it’s easy to forget that Halloween is right around the corner.
But have no fear, Bentley collegiettes™ always dress to impress, so check out our these last-minute, dorm-made costume ideas:
1) Librarian: Have some nerdy glasses you love to wear? Pair those with a button- up top, some pigtails and a skirt, and you are a cute nerd!
2) Cowgirl: Plaid shirt, some daisy dukes and high top country boots are in all of our wardrobes, so throw those on and ask the cute boy down the hall if you can use his hat! You’ve got yourself a perfect Halloween outfit.
3) Something Sweet: Find a monotone dress and add a print out label, like Coca-Cola®, M&M’S®, Skittles®, or Sprite® and become a sweet snack, fast! If you have some extra candy lying around (that you want to avoid stress eating during this week’s exams), attach it to a dress with tape and add some bright make-up to be a Sugah Momma© or the childhood game, Candy Land©.
4) Gypsy: Bangles, a headscarf, and all kinds of cool layering scarves are all you’ll need to pull a quick gypsy outfit together. Put on a skirt and layer it with different scarves to create a gypsy look.
5) Animals: Find some like-colored clothes and run to the Party Needs to purchase a tail and set of ears (you know the one, right by Glow Tanning). It takes 20 minutes to get there and back! Cute make-up will quickly finish off the outfit.
6) Lady Gaga:What DOESN’T she wear?! Find a leotard, some crazy makeup and some bright colored leggings, and you are instantly as fierce as Lady Gaga.
7) Santa’s Little Helper: Halloween is for celebrating other holidays, too! Own a little red or green dress? Pair it with a Santa hat to create a perfect costume.
8) School Girl:Bentley students own a variety of business attire. Find a plaid skirt from your high school days, add some high socks and a tied up button-down shirt, and act like you know it all, all night long!
9) Miss America:Your whole suite forgot to order Halloween costumes, too?! Have everyone pick either their home state or country and become contestants that are running to be Miss America. Just create a badge and either a red, white, and blue outfit, or a cute dress!
10) Sports Team:Pick your favorite team, grab some friends and be sports girls! Either show off your Falcon Pride, or any other of your favorite sports with some spandex shorts and tall socks!
