Is Your Best Friend the Best Friend for You?

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

Best friends are great. But do you ever wonder if your best friend is actually the best of all the possible best friends out there? Check out the questions below to find out just how great of a match your best friend is for you.

1.  Can you trust your best friend with anything?

2.  Do you make each other laugh?

3.  Will she go to late night with you even if it’s really cold out?

4.  Can you tell her the really embarrassing stories from the Mods last weekend?

5.  Better yet, has she seen those really gross pictures of you from middle school? You know, the ones with the braces.

6.  Does she bring you comfort food after a bad day?

7.  Will she binge watch your favorite shows with you?

8.  Does she judge you when you order delivery frozen yogurt on Foodler?

9.  Does she join you when you order delivery frozen yogurt on Foodler?

10.  Is your friendship so strong that not even the BC housing system can break it?

11.  Can you communicate with glances, glares, or anything of the sort?

12.  Do you spend hours laughing at dumb things on the Internet?

13.  Do you share a sense of humor?

14.  Do you bicker like an old married couple?

15.  Have you ever made up code names for others?

16.  How impressive is your secret handshake?

17.  How good of a wing woman is she?

18.  Are you willing to be a good wing woman for her?

19.  Can you complain to her about the smallest things and know you won’t be judged?

20.  Do you support each other’s dreams and ambitions?

21.  Does she know your iPhone password?

22.  Do you know how the other takes her coffee?

23.  Are a majority of your texts from her?

24.  You are Snapchat best friends, right?

25.  Does she make you happy?

Hopefully, these questions let you do some real soul searching in order to find out if your best friend is actually the best friend for you. Choosing a best friend should be a very careful process. Be thankful for the best friends you have in your life, and always remember that the best way to say thank you is to be a best friend back.
