For many of us, it’s pretty hard to squeeze in a trip to the Plex. I mean it’s definitely a little bit of a hassle right? Especially when the unpredictable New England weather decides to surprise us with heavy rain. So I figured that following exercise videos could be as effective as going to the gym, as they are great time savers too. These videos are intense and rather short—purposely designed that way so you can maximize your calorie burn in a shorter amount of time.

This is the longest video on this list. Actually, there are 3 levels each averaging about 30 minutes. A pair of dumbbells is needed. Here is level 1.
