Looking to get away, fly somewhere new, stay in a cool hotel, or explore an exciting city?  Have the issue of feeling like you can’t do any of that because you are on a budget?  StudentUniverse.com is here to solve those issues!  StudentUniverse.com is a website that helps its members get access to exclusive deals and experiences. They want to help students get the most out of their time in school.  Members of the StudentUniverse team believe that travel broadens the mind, and it is an important part of any education.  Why pay for a product or service full price when you can check out StudentUniverse.com?

With a membership that is completely free, students can access discounts on flights, hotels and hostels, travel insurance, rail passes, tours, electronics, and much more.

This is a great resource for students who are planning to travel abroad.  Some of their travel abroad resources include tips for eating cheap, the process of buying a rail pass, student discounts per country, and hotels and hostels for a student budget.

If you are not sure of where you want to go, but you know you want to travel somewhere new, StudentUniverse.com can be your personal travel agent.  In their “Fare Play” program, you can put where you are leaving from and how long you want to travel for and they can provide the rest.  You can decide on a destination based on wanting to volunteer abroad, let loose in a party destination, stretch your dollar, unwind with sand and sun, or adventure in one of the cities you should see before you die.  From there, they provide accommodations, flight and travel guide options, and discounts to complete an ultimate getaway!

There are even discounts for tours to places right in your backyard, such as Boston.  This city has so much to alter but we often are fearful of bursting the BC Bubble or cautious of our wallets.  StudentUniverse.com allows you to explore this city on a student budget.

Regarding a student budget, StudentUniverse.com is also an incredible source to find “10 Shameless Money Saving Tips,” as well as advice on how to create and manage your own student budget.

As we head into summer with our funds nearly depleted from a school year of shopping trips, weekends out, dinners with friends, cab rides, and White Mountain trips, StudentUniverse.com is our savior.  We can have fun, we can travel, we can manage our wallets, and we can do it all on a budget with this ingenious website!  You can check the website out here and thank me later!
