This is a topic everybody is sure to understand. Water is essential for all of us (obviously), but drinking plain water all day every day can make your taste buds feel pretty bored. Water can taste delicious a lot of the time, but sometimes we need to spice things up. Here are a few ways to make your experience with water feel brand new!

Crystal Light

If you are really sick of water tasting like… nothing, then Crystal Light packets will turn drinking water around for you. With so many flavors, including different lemonades and fruit punch, you won’t even realize you’re drinking water!

Mio/Dasani Drops

These water enhancers are a lot like Crystal Light, but you can control how you want your water to taste. When you put in the drops, you can make the taste as strong or as subtle as you would like, making your experience even better. Many of these types of drops now have a lot of different flavors including ones for energy – you won’t even need to get coffee after dropping these in your water.

Lemons

Lemon water is always a great natural choice. Plus, it’s even better for you than plain water! Slice up some lemons, and feel free to add limes and other fruits (get creative!), and flavor your water the real way. If you’re like me, you’ll enjoy getting to eat the fruit after, too!

True Citrus

If you have ever received one of the care packages that BC tells your parents to buy, then you have probably already gotten some True Citrus packets. I found them through these packages and I absolutely love them. They taste like fresh fruit in your water without having to go buy the fruit, which is great when BC Dining isn’t selling every citrus fruit imaginable. I recommend trying the lime – it’s a great kick to start your morning off right!

Next time when you get bored with your water, don’t automatically go and grab a soda or juice. Pick the healthier alternative of water and feel free to spice it up however you’d like!
