Second Semester Senior Year Bucketlist!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

Bucketlists are about as difficult to stick to as New Year’s Resolutions. But now it’s crunch time, since it’s second semester senior year and the stakes to complete those last bucketlist items are as high as ever. So to my fellow Class of 2016 seniors, here are some bucketlist items that we need to check off our list before the dreaded date of May 23rd rolls around:

1) Get on the Jumbotron during the Beanpot

2) Attend ALC Showdown

3) Take a weekend trip with your roommates

4) Jump in that weird tree fountain outside of Gasson

5) Go to 100 Days Dance… and try not to cry

6) Visit your freshman year room (Newton, here I come!)

7) Go for a “perfect week” of bar nights

8) Participate in Mary Ann’s ‘open to close’

9) Party trolley before Commencement Ball

10) Spring Break. Just survive it at this point…

11) Play in Mudstock

12) Pray CAB gets a decent performer for Modstock

13) Make your last Marathon Monday the best one yet

14) Go sledding on Brighton Campus

15) Make your Senior Five a reality

16) Get brunch more often!!

17) Visit the MFA, the Aquarium, and everywhere else our BCID can get us into

18) Become a role model for underclassmen in your organization

19) Kill Senior Week

20) Don’t panic but start to plan your future

21) Pass your classes…

22) Graduate! (While hungover/still drinking/crying/miserable/etc.)

Seniors– take pictures, smile a lot, enjoy every moment, make memories, and cry once in a while. Remember as Ferris Bueller famously said, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
